Merry Christmas with another festive fireplace (and some of my favourite corners of a stunning London home shot for a client this year). Objectively, it's been a terrible year for many, but it's also been full of positive moments, so let's not forget those, and keep reminding the people we love that we are there for them (in our own way, obvs) 🎅❤️

Really loving the autumnal colours out there right now, but also very ready to start feeling all Christmassy. Reminded me of these shots in the Pyrenees from a few years back - one of my first interiors but still some of my favs. I'm a bit crap at self promotion and following through generally, so I'm losing the separate work account and just occasionally posting work stuff here. Lovely to see friends liking my stuff - get in touch, I miss you! 🍂

Thankful for a weekend of almost constant rain, the odd dry spell that allowed us to enjoy coastal walks with the baby, and the crackle of the fire waiting for us back at the dome.

With the second lockdown now in the diary and days getting shorter and shorter, I've decided I'll be hibernating inside this mountain of cardamom buns and only come out once this whole mess is over. 🐻❤️

The sun was out for less than half a second this morning after a week of constant rain, so it felt right to put autumnal warming dishes aside and make something a bit more vibrant. Just what I needed to cheer me up, a rainbow on a plate. Was gobbled down while it started raining again 🥺 Dan's sourdough, beetroot hummus, 🥑, @kimchiradish 🌈rainbow kimchi, garnished with mint and a good drizzle of olive oil and Maldon. Delishus.

My actual, physical father casually whipped out this sourdough loaf when I visited him today, still warm from the oven. "With a touch of spelt and rye", he tells me. An apparent present but truly the ultimate flex, a challenge to me, his son, his progeny. From my handed down lockdown starter, I'll take some credit for that, thank you very much. #thestudenthasbecomethemaster
